- Day 1: Corporal Consciousness andcommunicating to our partner throughthe use of several different relationships.
- Synopsis: For the first part of this seminar we will guide you through a comprehensive series of exercises designed to help you better understand how your muscular and skeletal structures can be used to achieve balance, comfort, energy (both fl uid and explosive), and most important... the capacity to communicate (what inspires us) to our partner. Throughout the practical applications of our work we will focus on using symmetry in embrace and working unbiased through all sides of the embrace in parallel and crossed systems of movement.

- Day 2: Intermediate and Advanced Relationships, Space and Timing
- Synopsis: You will be working through the science of establishing clear relationships with your parter, learning to problem solve on the go, anticipate, prepare, and execute precise movement with musical and dynamic energy. Displacing with our partner through several elements of exciting and expressive social dancing (Boleos, Ganchos, Paradas, Tomadas, Sacadas, Soltadas, Colgadas, and Volcadas) will show us what these elements have in common and how to weave them together.
